In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an account on sm065, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. sm065 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the platform from within the territory of Indonesia.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period imposed by sm065 or any other gambling platform to which sm065 has access.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of sm065 or any of its affiliated service providers.

To access sm065 services, you must complete the online registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information should any detail change.

One Account Policy: Each Member is permitted to hold only one registered account on sm065. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If sm065 identifies multiple accounts registered to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended, pending balances may be voided, and any winnings generated from the duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. sm065 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. You must notify sm065 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Accuracy of Information: You warrant that all information provided at registration and during the life of your account is truthful and accurate. sm065 reserves the right to suspend any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

sm065 is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests or granting access to higher account limits. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is a standard industry requirement designed to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.

Required Documents: To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit one or more of the following valid Indonesian government-issued identity documents:

• National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk)

• Indonesian Passport (Paspor)

General Bonus Terms:

Void Bets: A bet will be declared void where: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; the event does not take place on the scheduled date and is not rescheduled within 48 hours; or a palpable error in odds is identified. Void bets result in the stake being returned to the Member's account balance.

Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator betting) is available on eligible football markets. All selections in a mix parlay must win for the bet to pay out; a single void selection reduces the parlay by one leg. Termination by sm065: sm065 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if:

• The Member is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• sm065 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory guidance, or court order.
• The Member's account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months and holds a zero or negligible balance.
• sm065 reasonably suspects that the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity.

Upon termination for breach, sm065 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member's last confirmed payment method.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied by the jurisdiction under which sm065 holds its international gaming license. By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated by sm065's licensing authority for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the applicable laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including any rights that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by contract. sm065 acknowledges the importance of the Indonesian market and undertakes to handle all Indonesian Member disputes with procedural fairness and reasonable efficiency.

sm065 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where any amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects Member rights or obligations — sm065 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by displaying a prominent notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered to your account.

Your continued use of the sm065 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.
